As a former retail business owner Layne brings her clients individual attention, experience and expertise on commercial, residential, investment and income producing properties. Educated at East Carolina University, Layne is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker, a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is an Accredited Buyers Representative and a Certified Relocation Specialist. Interest areas include travel, volunteering for national and international Disaster Relief work, as well as supporting human and animal relief efforts. |
A North Carolina native, Layne joined Omega Property Group after eight years in residential real estate. Previously she worked with Carolyn Grant for thirteen years as Director of Design and Sales for Plants By Grant Interior Landscaping, where she won state and national awards for both commercial and residential landscape design.
