Her real estate experience includes the development of World Trade park, an 85 acre office and industrial park near the RDU airport and working with numerous investors in the acquisition of income properties, medical buildings, and development land. Before forming Omega Property Group she was a broker with Trademark Properties and Access Medical Development. Carolyn has been extensively involved in the North Carolina political and volunteer community. She was appointed by NC Governor Jim Hunt to the NC Department of Transportation Board and the NC Employment Securities Commission and was the first female chair of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Carolyn was the 2002 Republican Nominee for NC's 13th Congressional district. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia. |








Carolyn Grant has been a successful member of the North Carolina business community for over thirty years. For twenty years she owned and operated Plants by Grant, the largest interior landscape company in North Carolina. In 1996 she sold that company to TruGreen-Chemlawn and since that time has been involved in commercial real estate as a broker and developer.
